Brown-Forman Global Fleet and Compensation Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky
This role is responsible for helping manage the administration of our global fleet program, in combination with helping to execute our global compensation strategies and programs to ensure their alignment with the best interests of both Brown-Forman and our Shareholders. The right candidate will need to be able to effectively interact and communicate with leadership on an as-needed basis, manage vendor relationships and execute foundational analytics and reviews of our fleet and compensation programs.
Manage fleet vendor and stakeholder relationships
Maintain and improve global fleet tracking, analysis and reporting in partnership with vendors
Act as the key liaison for the U.S. Executive Fleet and its participants
Assist in the benchmarking and review of individual employee compensation
Assist in completion of fleet or salary surveys
Perform routine calculations in the analysis of fleet and survey data
Assist in annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting or related field is a plus)
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with leaders, build partnerships across the organization and partner with vendors.
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy
Experience in multi-national organizations with broad global presence
Previous exposure to fleet or compensation practices
Knowledge of HRIS Systems, particularly Workday
