Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the Polish organization, working very closely with local Commercial, Marketing, and regional RGM functions.

You are responsible for independent monitoring, analysing, and sharing of all available market and customer data at all levels of the value chain to optimize route-to-market for Brown-Forman products, concerning customer revenue management. It is expected to enable the generation of actionable insights fueling pricing and value creation strategies and supporting the commercial teams’ ability to deliver long-term brand value growth in line with RGM priorities. The role is also responsible for developing reports, tools, and processes for cross-functional commercial teams to easily identify growth and profit opportunities.

Revenue management senior analyst takes an active part in the sales planning and targeting process (S&BP), providing insights in areas of market, customer data and customer financial evaluation.

When relevant and applicable, the successful candidate will also be expected to actively contribute to the above market projects and initiatives focused on best practice identification and sharing as well as strengthening the talent pipeline of the function

This person will work directly for the Finance Manager Poland, with a dotted line to the RGM Director Europe.

What You Can Expect

Being business partner, you will:

  • Analyse and provide recommendations in customer P&L performance

  • Analyse customer margins across all channels/customers including regular and promo periods

  • Collect and conclude data and reports regarding pricing policy with insights to be implemented

  • Provide analysis & recommendations on customer mix management

  • Evaluate Trade investment set-up to support pricing policy across sales channels/customers

  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for Sales Managers, Finance and Marketing

  • Participate and actively support coordination of Month End Closing in the area of Net Sales

  • Participate in coordination of budgeting, forecasting process

  • Enhance Revenue Growth Management mindset across the organization

  • Partner with BBI, Marketing and Sales teams to identify data-driven solutions to ongoing needs

  • Utilize both internal reporting metrics and external metrics utilizing Nielsen and equivalent

  • Move forward multiple projects by employing project management techniques

  • Represent finance and (when applicable) commercial departments in special, cross-functional projects

  • Be involved in the development and deployment of actionable analytical tools

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related

  • Experience within commercial department in FMCG company in area of RGM

  • Experience with software applications in analysis, budgeting, and valuation techniques(MS Office incl. VBA, SAP incl. Business Warehouse/BI)

  • Experience in pricing analysis and in creation of pricing strategies

  • Successful track record in implementing new tools in the space of consumer pricing, promotional efficiency, optimization of promo depth & frequency, B2B pricing optimization in FMCG

  • English language skills at a professional standard
