Brown-Forman Hydrolisis Operator in Amatitán, Mexico
To recover efficiently the natural sugars contained in the agave to produce a fermentable juice.

Job Responsibilities:
• Start-up of Extraction and Hydrolysis equipment.
• Control and maintain under control all operating conditions of the extraction and hydrolysis processes
• Ensure compliance with the specifications of the processes and products
• Maintain the continuity of the processes
• Make a sustainable use of resources.
• Sampling and measurement of results
• Maintain order and cleanliness of your work area
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with the analysts of the control room and other areas involved.
• Perform daily production reports and failures
• Use the assigned PPE
Required Experience & Education:
Education: High School/GED/Secondary School;
Certifications: General knowledge about tequila production process.
Experience: 1 – 3 years in similar jobs or activities
