Brown-Forman Human Resources Specialist Turkey in Istanbul, Turkey

Human Resources Specialist is responsible to deliver HR services, operations, projects and tactical support to the BF Turkey organization that consists of 50 employees providing B-F Turkey with services.

Human Resources Specialist works closely with HR Manager Turkey and supports to identify the current and future needs of the business within the business area. The position takes part in change management process in terms of operational and tactical responsibilities such as recruitment, performance management, labor law requirements, personnel and payroll system management, etc.

The position is responsible to take part in delivering HR projects to ensure effective HR operational support to HR Dept, line managers and employees. The incumbent works as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to enable the breaking down of divisional and departmental barriers and to encourage the concept of both internal and external partnership working.

  1. Workday system supervision and service:

• data accuracy

• data accuracy for contingent workers

• leading trainings for employees in the area of using Workday

• takes part in the global projects and testing with HRIT team in the evolving the system, making changes and improvements, being member of international consultation teams

  1. Recruitment processes leading, coordination and supervision for non-managerial positions, full and independent HR business partnering for all line managers in the area of:

• direct cooperation with internal customer and recruitment needs identification

• advertising preparation and leading recruitment interviews

• internal meetings coordination

• leading employment conditions confirmation both internally and externally

  1. Elaboration and supervision over on-boarding program for new employees.

  2. Contribute to people development strategy elaboration and execution:

• identification of need and coordination of training programs

• trainings effectiveness evaluation

• cooperation with internal and external customers: market orientation, preparation of the offers and auction, making decision in the area of external suppliers recommendation )

  1. Performance appraisal process management:

• tracking and reporting employees and managers steps in WD system

• deliver technical support for all employees in the WD system

  1. Managing obligatory personnel administration area:

• responsible for supervising obligatory employees’ documentation

• responsible for supervising obligatory safety trainings,

• responsible for collecting and supervision over all personnel documentation necessary for correct employment and payroll processes

• leading trainings for employees in the area of the payroll/administration tool usage

  1. Payroll processes:

• collecting and delivery of all necessary data and documents for payroll preparation

• payroll list preparation and validation

• direct cooperation with external payroll provider

  1. Execution internal remuneration and promotion processes:

• tracking revision and approvals processes,

• confirming employment conditions in cooperation with compensation dept.,

  1. HR Procedures & regulations validation:

• direct cooperation with external lawyers

• leading processes of internal approvals and announcements

  1. Cooperation with regional and global company HQ in the area of introduction HR

policies and tools locally, managing with projects and change

  1. Car fleet, employee benefits (Pension Plan, medical insurance, etc) working tools

management (laptops, cellphones)

  1. External services providers negotiations and cooperation supervision:

• benefits services contracts execution

• validation of the employees lists
