Meaningful Work From Day One

Brown-Forman UK is looking for a CCCA Analyst on a 1 year contract. Serving as a business partner with the Europe GBS structure and the UK business unit, the CCCA Analyst is responsible for collection of overdue accounts, payment application, claims & rebate adjustment, disputes settlement, conducting regular credit reviews, credit hold releases, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on, but not limited to, UK accounts receivable issues. The owner of this position will work under Europe GBS structure and stay in command of all UK AR & Credit operations.

Internally your title will be Credit/Collections/Cash Applications (CCCA) Analyst - EMEA 12 Month FTC.

What You Can Expect:

● Coordinate with the Account Manager, Customer Services, and Accounting teams regarding collection, claims deduction, cash application, and banking operations

● Conduct periodic credit review and recommend credit lines to new and existing customers per Credit Policies and Procedures

● Coordinate with the Rebate Manager and Customer Services Manager regarding cash application, related rebate programs (chargebacks & credit memos).

● Advising and implementing appropriate credit policies, processes and limits for every customer and periodic updates working closely with Commercial Finance and other partners.

● Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures ● Set up and maintain accounts receivable files and other financial records

● Reconcile the customer balance and the credit situation with the collaboration of Finance and Sales Force

● Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of customer files with the GBS Master Data Manager. ● Preparing weekly customer aging & shipment reports. Sharing information with appropriate parties concerned

We Are Looking For People Who Have:

● Experience in cash application and credit control

● Knowledge of accounts payable cash application, accounts receivable and credit management

● Experience in working with SAP - or similar ERP software

● Working knowledge of MS Office skills or equivalent software Preferred Experience:

● Experience in setting customer credit limits and terms
