Meaningful work from Day One
The successful applicant would act as a Premium Spirits Specialist for B-F premium and super premium brand portfolio. The key responsibility of this role is to grow and nurture our premium spirit portfolio whilst collaborating and enhancing commercial partnerships with our On Trade and Retail partners.
What you will experience
Maximise and drive profit growth of a territory by managing costs and assets effectively and efficiently
Strong negotiation skills with a mindset to drive value to both the customer and Brown-Forman Australia
Effectively uses a mix of products and trade spend to drive profitable outcomes for the customer and the business
Presentation build and fluency in presenting commercial scenarios whilst evaluating and conducting reviews to drive future activity and decisions
Ability to build in-depth understanding of customers and their business (their goals, performance and metrics for success)
Leverages performance history, competitor analysis, insights to assist customer decision making and develops longer term account plans
Build compelling business proposals that addresses the customer’s needs
Spend time in On Trade and Retail venues during peak trading times to better understand the business.
Possesses top level industry, market and category knowledge
Experience within the premium, super premium and luxury spirit categories
Ability to present to premium and super premium brands to customers
A natural flair and passion for the industry and experience in the On Premise Channel.
Tertiary qualifications in business or related field would be advantageous however not essential
