Meaningful work from Day One
This diverse role has two parts. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, firstly you will be primarily responsible for managing pockets of Inner Brisbane comprising a mix of on premise operators and specialist retail businesses.. This part of the role is perfect for creatives who like to think outside of the box with an entrepreneurial flair. Secondly it will also involve a quarterly regional trip to Central QLD to service a territory of predominantly retail customers. The successful candidate will therefore be one that enjoys meeting new people, loves being creative, is commercially driven and wants to work for one of the world’s greatest brands, in a forever dynamic industry.
What you will experience
Building meaningful customer relationships
Understanding customer objectives and with this insight, develop targeted and commercially strategic value propositions to enable profitable outcomes
Evaluating value propositions and identifying areas of opportunity
Building territory plans
Continually and innovatively seek new business
Providing industry and brand insight to increase customer engagement
Maintaining a high level of our brand knowledge and keeping abreast of industry trends
Delivering brand training sessions to customers, recommending new concepts
Analysing data from commercial and consumer insights to develop new strategies
Solid understanding of the liquor retail channel and very good understanding of the on premise (bars, pubs and clubs)
Experience within a selling environment is highly desirable
Self-motivated and with a desire to exceed expectations
Good communicator with proven ability to influence others
A diverse and inclusive mindset
A valid driver licence
