Sales Data Analyst is the critical position for increasing the effectiveness of our sales operations. The candidate will have the highest level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and be experienced in the usage of sophisticated tools for data analysis. Analytical skills must include the ability to see the big picture and the demonstration of strong business intuition. The main responsibility of the role is to collect, maintain and analyze sales data from various internal and external sources, create forecasts for future customer and market trends, prepare detailed sales reports, provide conclusions and insights for developing strategies that improve sales productivity for the organization.
What You Can Expect
Assess, interpret, and analyze internal and external data to provide valuable insights, recommendations, and analytical support to the Sales Team in the forecast and strategy building process
Drive continuous improvement in data analysis and forecasting process, tools, and methodology
Develop and use sales prediction and scenario modeling tools
Handle/support and optimize the reporting systems and tools using internal and external data sources(DataLab, NEON, Saviant, Newton, Tableau, SAP, KAMs, etc.)
Generate accurate, clear reports and explain complex trends
Provide analytical support and valuable insights to KAM’s in preparation for negotiation campaigns Active participation and support in Annual Commercial Planning
Assist with the annual budgeting process by providing analytical support and recommendations
Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices
Provide training to the Sales Team with regards to sales predicting tools, data analysis, and proper commentary
We Are Looking For People Who
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
At least 2 years’ experience within demand planning, sales forecasting, or data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize, present and explain data
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, experience in using Forecasting Systems and Tools, SAP, etc.
Advanced English speaking and writing
Ability to work with a large amount of data and attentiveness to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
General business acumen and strategic mindset
Time management, organizational skills, precision, and independence in work
