Meaningful Work From Day One:

Sales Force Efficiency Specialist’s primary role is to provide technical and analytical support to the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strategy enablement and in-trade execution.

The candidate will have a high level of analytical, process-building, and collaboration skills.

What You Can Expect:

Local Sales Force CRM data handling:

  • This role will be the superuser of the Salesforce CRM system in the BF Russia Sales Team.

  • Maintain Salesforce CRM master data integrity in terms of customers/ outlet information, segmentation and prioritization, geo coordinates, and other attributes.

  • Ensure that the outlet visit reports are full, regular, correct, and are done following company requirements.

  • Proactively support Salesforce system and processes automation and optimization.

  • Develop guidelines and instructions related to Sales Force system usage, processes, and reporting, ensuring their timely communication to the parties affected, both internal and external.

  • In cooperation with Key Account Supervisors plan outlet visits (calls) for merchandisers using company software (Sales Force route planner)

Analysis and reporting:

  • Create and implement reporting tools, such as performance dashboards for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

  • Gather data from a variety of sources both internal and external. Assess, interpret, and analyze data to provide valuable insights, recommendations, and analytical support to the Sales and Marketing Teams with regards to field force efficiency, mindful resource allocation, and prioritization.

  • In cooperation with Trade Marketing and Modern Trade (KA), teams perform regular review of outlets segmentation, coverage standards, service norms, field force efficiency KPI’s and ROI

  • Prepare respective presentation materials for local and regional meetings.

Training and support

  • Provide training and support to Sales Team on Salesforce CRM usage and reporting, including online training and distribution of off-line training materials.

  • Align Pico's objectives with Trade Marketing by channel and translate them into sales targets.

  • Communicate with Merchandising Agencies, translate company requirements and review KPIs. Initiate management meetings when necessary.

  • Initiate and lead tenders with merchandising agencies when necessary.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams within relevant as well as ad hoc tasks, projects, and reports

  • Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.

  • Support a diverse and inclusive culture where different perspectives are encouraged, and individuals feel connected and valued

What You Bring to the Table:

  • College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Mathematics, Economy, Business administration or related fields

  • At least 3 years’ experience within sales, trade marketing, or data analysis. Experience in field force execution is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Experience in using CRM Systems and Tools, SAP is a plus.

  • Advanced English speaking and writing

  • Ability to work with a large amount of data and attentiveness to detail
