Brown-Forman Area Sales Manager Off-Trade (Directeur Régional Off-Trade) in Paris, France
Meaningful Work From Day One:
This is a leading position in developing Off Trade coverage and responsible for delivering the Key Performance Indicators (i.e. physical availability, distribution volume, brand education, visibility, promotion) within the Off Trade channel in France. This person will fulfill distribution listing targets, Merchandising Shelf Layout standards and training for functional reports. He/she will take charge of Regional Accounts negotiations with a dotted line with National Key Account Managers. The Area Manager will lead, train and develop a sales force in accordance with best management practices.
What You Will Experience:
Executing BF Off-Trade targets (availability, shelf layouts, secondary placements etc).
Training, educating and managing Sales Reps.
Leading regional account negotiations & building relationship with strategic customers (VIP influencing national retail chain negotiations).
Developing key contacts with customer logistics.
Implementing, executing and evaluating brand activities.
We Are Looking For People Who Have :
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in managing sales teams
Off Trade channel experience
Strong English speaking language skills
Experience in the alcohol/consumer goods industry
