Meaningful Work From Day One

Develop and implement brand strategies for respective parts of business. Other responsibilities include annual plans creation and management of its flawless execution, digital communication as well as providing operational, tactical and administrative help to the SBM. BM needs to be a strong partner to numerous stakeholders incl. sales, trade marketing, business insights, finance, global structures and external agencies.

What You Can Expect

  • Actively participate and contribute to development of long term strategy for Finlandia Vodka and Super Premium Brands on the local market by providing necessary tools, data analysis or other help needed by SBM.

  • Participate in brand price strategy development. Ensure healthy P&L performance providing input from the marketing side.

  • Co-Lead preparation of yearly brand plans in alignment with SBM including active contribution on S&I sessions.

  • Develop and implement tactical plans and activities from the brand plan.

  • Based on strategic objectives from the brand plan, develop, execute & measure (responsible) activation & communication plans for specific areas e.g. Digital, ensure the flowless communication and approval process with all stakeholders on local and global level.

  • Ensure Responsibility Messaging (R&R) on all Finlandia and Super Premium products, communication materials and at all key brand communication platforms.

  • Closely cooperate with Global teams, participate in global workshops, report the brand performance and smartly challenge the Global teams.

  • Actively collaborate with Trade marketing and Sales in terms of development and execution of any kind of brand communication (POS, festivals etc.).

  • Coordinate relevant business actions with other functions of the organization and Regional/Global Marketing teams.

  • Closely cooperate with cross-functional teams and external partners (creative, media, research agencies).

  • Manage A&P budget and keep track of the marketing spending for the led activities. Perform regular market visits (on-and off-trade) to gain knowledge and observations about the market and consumers.

  • On a monthly basis, monitor and report the performance of brands incl. competitive set, monitor key competitive activities in the category and any inspirational activities outside of the category.

  • Report the status and results (KPI tracking) of tactical plans and executions to the SBM/MM.

  • Ensure document flow accuracy and compliance for respective projects.

  • Contribute to regional and global brand/corporate initiatives by being part of working groups and meetings.

  • Lead additional assigned projects or tasks as stretch assignments towards further personal development.

What You Bring to the Table

  • College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);Business/Marketing preferable

  • Decent years’ of experience in sales/brand/trade marketing. Spirits and beverages industry background will be an advantage.

  • Fluent business English, native in Czech or Slovak

  • IT literate (good knowledge in MS Office)
