Meaningful work from Day One

You will be leading and supporting global & regional reporting activities, and reporting capability processes. You will champion maturation of enterprise data and information asset management practices to best use resources to assist senior decision makers.

The role will lead specific priority initiatives and champion specific causes on behalf of the global organization. The role is responsible for overseeing delivery and developing sustained expertise in technology processes, skills & toolsets to meet business requirements, superior service outcomes and continuous improvement across reporting, reporting tool sets, analytics and insights functions.

What you will experience

  • Partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services such as data platforms, data modelling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organisation.

  • Effectively communicates workload prioritisation and progress to all interested parties; ensures projects are appropriately staffed.

  • Identifies and implements new approaches and methods to improve the capabilities and efficiency of data analytics across the organisation.

  • Ensures consistency of approach related to information delivery and reporting.

  • Supports the development and education of the organisation’s analysts related to data and analytics.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of reporting and analytics experience.

  • Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, all levels of employees and management

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

  • Has a process mindset with a good understanding of operations disciplines and project delivery, including experience with agile methodology

  • Experience with SAP BW, Analysis for Office, Tableau, Cloudera, Impala SQL, Business Objects is highly desirable
