Brown-Forman Commercial Finance Manager in Sydney, Australia

Meaningful Work From Day One The Commercial Finance Manager (‘CFM’) plays a critical role in business partnering with the Sales Leadership Team (‘SLT’) to drive and optimise the financial and holistic performance of Brown-Forman ANZPI.The primary focus of the CFM is top-line performance from Volume / Retail Sales Value down to Gross Profit from both a Brown-Forman and Customer perspective in the short-medium term. In addition to broad and joint P&L accountability and business partnership with the broader Sales organisation, the CFM will play a key role in leading the evaluation and prioritisation of customer investment as well as driving commercial capability throughout the business. What You Can Expect

• Commercial and Financial business partnership to the Sales Leadership team as an independent,

subject matter expert member of that group

• Joint P&L ownership and accountability from Top-Line (Volume/Retail Sales) through to Gross Profit,

from both a Brown-Forman and Customer perspective

• Custodian of the process, and key challenger/support for measuring, evaluating and optimising

customer investment / trade spend

• Partnership in developing, delivering, analysing and optimising the financial forecast to deliver the

broader performance ambitions across ANZPI each fiscal year

• Driving best-in-class commercial and financial capability across the broader organisation (with a

focus on the sales team)

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Science/Maths/Engineering


• Minimum 8+ years experience in commercial business partnering in FMCG

• Proven ability to drive and deliver commercial outcomes
