Meaningful Work from Day One
This new position will be responsible for creating commercial value and analysis on initiatives for the Endeavour Group. Critical to this role is the ability to grow our promotional efficiency and deliver meaningful business relationships to grow our business and brands.
What you will experience
Customer Management and Joint Business Plan Execution
Create mutual value within business plans, communicating the value proposition with the customer
Align promotional initiatives with major strategic goals
Contribute to monthly customer forecasting processes
Investment Planning and Analysis
Evaluate and develop promotional plans within set timings
Evaluate brand activations and budgets to maximize ROI
Track and analyze Scan Data to showcase opportunities with the customer
Track and review monthly key commercial metrics
Broaden Customer Engagement
Collaborate to understand the customer strategies and plans
Spend time in Retail with key Operational Managers/Store Managers to unlock infield opportunities
Deliver Customer and Brand Marketing Initiatives
Deliver market leading branded activations aligned to the customers key occasions and core consumer
Provide Commercial/consumer/market insights (for both customer and internal stakeholders)
Key / national account management experience
Industry experience within FMCG or premium /luxury goods
Strong P&L understanding and knowledge
Proficiency in data analysis
Proven success in identifying incremental profit streams
Ability to develop robust business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
