Meaningful Work From Day One
This position will work with the Coles Liquor Group (CLG) as a leading premium spirits and RTD supplier. Your role will be responsible for aligning Brown-Forman strategies and plans to those of the customer group and implement innovative and commercially sound initiatives that develop the business partnership.
What You Will Experience
Customer Management and Joint Business Planning
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands Brown-Forman portfolio and ensures a strong presence of brands within CLG
Leverage a detailed understanding of our brands and customer, working closely with brand managers, shopper marketing and finance to lead and deliver compelling plans in CLG
Maintain an effective pricing strategy to effectively drive our growth ambitions in CLG
Build robust partnerships between Brown-Forman marketing team, Coles Buying and Marketing teams
Work with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver best practice for the key e-commerce levers
Assist in the monthly build of forecast tools to forward plan volumes
Track and analyze Scan Data and consumer insights to showcase new commercial and marketing opportunities with the customer
Investment Planning and Analysis - track all spending to align with financial and brand budgets
Customer and Brand Marketing
Work with marketing and channel marketing teams to develop strategic and tactical brand activations (BTL)
Pre and post measurement and evaluation of plans working with category, brand and shopper using all available data sources,
Evaluate brand activations within set timings and budgets to maximize ROI
Minimum 5 years key / national account experience in FMCG selling environment
Knowledge in the execution of brand plans
Strong skills in data analysis and scan data interpretation
High level communication skills - ability to bring insights to life and communicate fluently with the customer
Ability to generate incremental profit streams
