What You Can Expect
You will start as a sales representative in Hyper/Super channel to build your foundation
Build industry knowledge:
Conduct regular sales call in your territory with effective plans
Work and lead merchandising team to optimize brand visibility and availability
Report key competitive activities and customer information
Analyze POS performance and come up with a solution
Build interpersonal skill
Build and maintain good relationships with store staff/manager
Conceptual selling and negotiate the best for the company
Influence and penetrate internal/external stakeholders to achieve your goal
Build business planning skill
Develop and execute channel vision, strategy and business plan towards our goal
Lead cross-functional projects and demonstrate the planning skill
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Bachelor degree or above
Young talent with 1 - 3 years of work experience, FMCG or alcohol/spirits preferred, but not a must
Experienced in selling, negotiation, account planning, strategy planning will be a plus
Strong business acumen
Strong presentation and communication skills with storytelling capabilities
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Confident, self-motivated, with the desire to learn
Teamwork and ability to cultivate relationships
