Meaningful Work From Day One:

The Operations SAP Coordinator serves as a direct support to Production and Planning Managers by executing critical material transfers and confirmations in SAP.

Duties include but are not limited to: Managing Receipts and Shipments, SAP entry and confirmation, Inventory Management, and Maintaining TTB and DOT regulations at Woodford Reserve.

What You Can Expect:

• Execute SAP transactions pertaining to Distillery, Warehouse, Processing (including By the Barrel), Bottling and Shipping. Duties include but are not limited to: Liquid Confirmations, Case Confirmations, Barrel Movements, and Shipments of Tankers and Finished Goods. Focus will be determined by Manager.

• Assists with maintaining monthly, yearly, and quarterly inventory of bulk spirits, grains, barrels, and finished goods for associated TTB reporting.

• Orders and assists PPLs and buyers with maintaining inventory of operating supplies, including requisition requests in COUPA and SAP, and at times trailers.

• Ensures compliance with all relative TTB, DOT, and state regulations.

• Aids in other administrative and organizational tasks as needed to support operations.

• Supports operations and partners with R&D and Finance on creation of new product SKUs in SAP.

• Provides vacation coverage for supervisors for teams of up to 30 people or in other operational areas as needed.

What You Bring To The Table:

Education: Other; Associates Degree - Business Administration

Experience: - Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent education/ experience.

• Demonstrated technical acumen and experience with Google platform (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and other computer applications including database software systems

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Detail oriented, analytical and strong multitasking skills

• Effective interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with others

• Ability to work periodic overtime to support a 24 hour operation

What Makes You Unique:

Experience: - Experience with TTB regulations and requirements

• Certification to ship hazardous material managements

• Good operating knowledge of SAP or like ERP system

• Import and export logistics experience
