Poland is a key market globally for Finlandia Vodka (FV). The brand is #1 imported vodka in Poland and enjoys #1 BPI among all strong spirits in Poland. There’s a new FV strategy being implemented to the market that focuses on brand premiumization. If executed with excellence, this strategy will allow the brand to flourish back and grow beyond market limitations, thus fueling global brand growth. Such a task requires a strong, talented and dedicated team of professionals to lead the brand through troublesome times to the bright future.
The overall responsibility of FV JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER (JBM) is to develop strategies and plans with support of MM and lead implementation of these plans. Other responsibilities include support in annual plans creation and management of its flawless execution as well as providing operational and tactical help to the MM. JBM needs to be a strong partner to numerous stakeholders incl. sales, trade marketing, BBI, finance, global structures and external agencies.
What You Can Expect?
Active participation in strategy & annual plans development for the respective part of business
Coordination of relevant business actions with other functions of the organization and global marketing
Ensuring global brand guidelines are developed into appropriate brand strategies with maximum impact on P&L and long term strategic brand equity.
Development, execution and post-evaluation of key marketing activities on polish market including digital, ontrade, PR, portfolio changes etc.
Planning and proper management of marketing budget
Continuous market conditions and trends tracking; gathering consumer insights from multiple choices to fuel the development of relevant marketing activities and selection of touchpoints.
What You Bring to the Table?
University Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing
Understanding of Sales and Shopper Marketing
Fluent Polish and English speaking and writing
Spirits industry background or FMCG industries
Brand building and strategic thinking skills
Very good analytical skills
Strong communication skills
MS Office applications
