Meaningful Work From Day One
The holder of Senior Trade Marketing Specialist position will manage a proper presence of brands (in particular Jack Daniel's, Finlandia Vodka and Scottish Whisky ) in trade environment in line with brand, channel and client strategies to deliver fiscal year plans. Senior TMS is responsible for managing 4P execution leading to prominent, distinctive and relevant physical availability in Off-Trade.
What You Can Expect?
Manage preparation and execution of 12M Activity Calendar for Wholesale, C&C & Convenience channels covering key selling periods identified in Brand Plans to maximize effectiveness
Supports preparation of 4P, expressed by Picture of Success, through detailed customer and market analysis and knowledge
Be an expert in customers & channel understanding to provide thorough feedback to Customer Promo Plans management and Portfolio management alongside with identification of improvement areas.
Leads with the Sales Team turning the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present brands, products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.
Management of development, production and distribution of POSM materials for brand platforms based on the communication guidelines (KV) delivered by Marketing. Independently lead the communication about POSM availability and installation to the field.
Development of merchandising standards for produced and installed POSM
Development of in-store consumer activations and Tailor-Made actions in cooperation with Brand Marketing and Sales Team.
Lead proper communication to BF Sales Team and trade partners, concerning BF products, brand platforms, POS availability and logistics.
Preparation and negotiation of contracts with the suppliers.
Prepare reports about market activities of B-F and competitive brands.
Cooperation with suppliers (tenders for POS materials) and creative agencies.
Budget management of related spending to keep them within approved budget frames.
Look for opportunities to optimize cost of POS purchase and logistics.
Exploit potential & create e-commerce activities for BF brand

What You Bring to the Table?
University Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing
Experience in sales / trade marketing
Fluent Polish and English speaking and writing
Prior Experience in wine and spirits or FMCG industries
Time management, organizational and analytical skills
