Primary investigator and producer of data analysis and insight development in the E-Premise channel, serving Sales, Marketing, and Brand stakeholders
What You Can Expect:
In collaboration with stakeholders, develop and refine Tableau dashboards that report on Drizly data, including but not limited to: Performance reporting, by market, division, and brand
Distribution reporting, by market, division, and brand
Account Lists, by market, division
Provide data analysis and insights to “tell the story” of ePremise progress and compare to industry benchmarks which may require accessing and managing additional data sources such as ACN, Depletions, Adams, and other relevant industry data sources
Communicate ePremise reports at a regular cadence to stakeholders and respond to questions and ad hoc requests in a timely manner
Serve as the primary contact point for ePremise data related questions
Explore ePremise data for leading indicators of trends in the Spirit and Wine categories; work with stakeholders to determine specific questions, but also explore where the data leads in a self-directed way
In partnership with National Account and Regional Accounts, explore the 84-51 data for information on Click & Collect usage and other insights in the Grocery e-Premise category
In partnership with the eTailer Account Manager, explore the eTailer Analytics data for information on basket mix and other insights in the Amazon ecosystem
In partnership with the eTailer Account Manager, continue to evolve the eTailer depletion data within the National Accounts Depletion Report - ensuring that data is up to date and accounts are being captured properly. Pull out any insights that will help with decision making and “telling the story”
In addition, assist eTailer Account Manager with internal Whole Foods data and reporting, Amazon ePOS Nielsen, and wine.com Nielsen data to assist with selling efforts. Explore any other data opportunities that might help further the business. Additionally, assisting with post-program analysis to ensure all factors are considered when making future business decisions.
Explore the Google Manufacturer's data for information on basket mix, SEO terms, and other insights in the Google Shopping ecosystem of retailers
Explore the ePremise data for information on gifting, engraving, SKU mix, and other insights from the ePremise platforms
In partnership with the e-Premise Account team, develop, maintain and provide analysis reporting using depletion and takeaway data from multiple sources (such as RAD/SAM, Tableau, Whole Foods Microstrategies, etc.) at the warehouse/store, market, division, brand and item level
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of business experience with a consumer products goods company or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in producing high-quality marketing, sales, and/or financial analysis.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and strong diagnostic skills in order to connect the dots and provide a thorough business analysis.
Demonstrated creativity and innovative approaches in solving analytical problems.
Demonstrated expertise utilizing various data sources (e.g. Nielsen, NABCA, RAD/SAM2, Financial, Consumer Insights, Spectra, etc.) for analysis.
Demonstrated business acumen, sound business judgment, and ability to provide advice to management based on the analysis.
Ability to learn econometric modeling concepts with the ability to interpret the output, communicate the business insights, and influence business decisions throughout the organization.
A passion for data “story-telling” to help paint a picture to the wider business the impact of eCommerce
A proactive self-starter with a strong consultative customer approach to their work with an understanding that benefits only occur if a business decision is made as a result of the analytical work.
The ability to take National & Regional eCommerce level analysis and work with local finance/sales/marketing teams to localize the analysis in order to make the work actionable.
Ability to work both independently and within a team while putting the success of the group ahead of personal ambitions.

Exhibit the intellectual integrity and professional maturity to provide management with objective and impartial analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, relationship building, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate with partners across a broad organization (Sales, Marketing, Linkage, Finance).
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and ability to be proficient with relevant database and business warehouse programs (e.g. SAP, BEx, Nielsen Nitro).
Up to 25% travel is required.
What Sets You Apart:
Commercial finance experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics or mathematics.
Experience with pricing software and data sources.
Beverage alcohol industry experience.
Exposure to pricing analytics and revenue management.
Involvement in distributor pricing in a multi-tiered route to market.
