Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and sharing the rich history of spirits? Woodford Reserve is seeking a versatile Guest Services Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll wear many hats, from leading engaging tours to managing front desk operations and supporting our retail and bar services.

What You Can Expect :

• Deliver 3-5 daily guest experiences, ranging from 30-minute tastings to 90-minute walking tours.

• Engage guests with compelling brand storytelling and answer questions about Brown-Forman and Woodford Reserve history.

• Confirm guest counts and demographics, ensuring all guests are present before starting the tour.

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests upon arrival and processing tickets.

• Handle credit card and cash payments, verify guest identification, and process refunds as needed.

• Communicate tour sizes and demographics to the tasting room and tour guides.

• Book and adjust tour reservations, manage cash drawers, and resolve guest concerns with the help of Tour Captains and the Guest Services Manager.

• Set up and tear down the tasting room.

• Assist with drink ticket sales in the bar and support retail operations as needed.
